Good run, though it still is taking me five miles to get warmed up and make all the necessary bathroom stops. So much cooler this morning, which made a huge difference. Had intended to go longer but decided to break up the weekend mileage due to having a crazy day today with work and carpools and a concert on the beach tonight. Will probably run 8 tomorrow but if I'm feeling super terrific and the weather is good, may attempt 10.
