Untimed run - just guessing on pace. Exceedingly humid and pretty hot. Just tried to take it nice and easy and keep it even. Felt pretty good and was able to run without stopping except for bathroom / water break at 7.5 miles. Felt strong the last mile - enough to pick it up and push it home pretty quickly.
