Really was not expecting much from this run given the heat and humidity by the time I got going, but I was pleasantly surprised. Trying to keep super hydrated on Fridays is really helping, as is the 10 lb weight loss! Felt good the whole way - knocking out 8:10s at easy pace and last few miles at around 7:45.
