Wow, wonder where this run came from. Not particularly hard and felt really good the entire way. Knee is making weird sounds and feels strange (probably from too much climbing on Saturday) but didn't really hurt. Hot, but I think not quite as humid as it has been. Probably helps that I was unable to run Sunday.
