2.5 miles warm up, 2 x 1.5 tempo with 1 mile between, 1.5 mile cool down. Tempo paces were about 7:00 and 6:53. It was good running this on the TM because I was able to make sure the distance was correct. I'm not sure about where 1.5 miles is on any of my routes. Felt pretty good and the second was actually easier than the first.
