Calling this fartlek, though I suppose it could be called an interval run. Two miles warmup at a very easy pace, then three miles with 2 quarter miles fast each - so 4 x .25 miles at paces descending from 6:45 to 6:10 - then one mile cooldown. The quarters were not easy by any stretch but I made it through! Felt good to get through it.
