my plan was to run 4/10 of a mile and walk 1/10. Then repeat for 11 miles. Around 2.5 miles I was tired and didn't think my gu mixture was doing anything for me. At the 5.5 mile mark I stopped in a gas station for a bathroom break and candy. It took me 20 minutes longer than I expected and I stopped the clock for the gas station.
