Was going to take today off to let the legs rest from just getting back into running, but with the cool air, and snow on the ground I had to get in an easy run. 3 miles of snow covered trail. Legs felt great even though I was slipping quite a bit. Longer run tomorrow and short Sunday. My first day off will be next Wednesday. That will make 7 straight days before a day off. Now to do some dynamic stretching, and a little core work.
