Start of training for AOR 2011, and 6 weeks after that Rothrock Trail Challenge.

Super sore today, 1/6, b/c of doing a 100 push ups, lunges, curls w 15 lbs (50 per arm), squats, chair dips, 25 prison cell push ups, 25 pull ups, and 500 various abs routine on 1/4. Plan on doing this twice per week and running 4-6 times per week.

Doing an easy 2.25 mile run today after work. 25 minutes until the end of the day....
