Fitness test after the first 4 weeks of training are in, which was nothing but getting the legs used to running again. Now for a dip week then an upward climb in miles. After Feb. I'll get into some workouts, with another fitness test on the final Sunday in Feb. I dropped from 178 to 162 in the first month by tracking calories and running. Big improvements.
