Notes

first 3 miles super easy, 4th mile insane, 5th mile hung on. negative split from 4th to 5th mile.

4th middle is solid uphill the entire way, 7:04 for that. OUCH!

overall legs felt good, but got side cramp during 4th mile. and right shoulder tightened up from pushing the 4th mile too much.
