Big Ridge Country Lane. Great hill run, 1.1 up Big Ridge, .75 out of Ferguson Valley to go over the ridge into Ort Valley, .8 up County Lane. Ranging from 4%-10% incline for all the hills.
Great run, took it easy up Big Ridge, focused on keeping a short stride on up hills and down hills and lengthened the stride otherwise. Couldn't be happier with how easy this run felt.

hip flexor strengthening 2x10 for 1 and 2x15 for the other
dynamic stretching
Sarah is putting Kinesio tape on my hip flexor tonight, taking tomorrow slow and shorter, then a workout Friday and LSD on saturday.
