Wow-wee, kieser asked if I would like to attempt 2hrs for a long run, I reluctantly agreed and this heat wave got here just in time, I don't think I have been that completely exhausted throughout a run in a very, very long time. I think we stopped for water about every 10 minutes. Nothing "hurt", so that was good, I just didn't have anything left.
