Warmup to soccer complex and then did 3*300 at 48,54,54, 5 min jog, 3*1500 at 4:55 Target pace (4:57,5:04, 5:05,5:04) then a 1200 at same pace (actual 3:59) Then two 53 sec. 300's to finish. The wind was strong and doing this workout by myself wasn't the easiest way to do it but I am getting back into working out.
