Hilly, muggy, and stuck behind the masses on narrow roads for the first, uphill half mile. Then I was able to coast downhill past almost everyone (I finished 10th overall) but slowed down a lot in the last, uphill mile. Back felt fine running even though it's been quite messed up the past couple days. 3x3 ibuprofen yesterday. None today.
