Notes
Spectacularly beautiful long run in Nisene Marks state park, along the Aptos Creek trail. Unfortunately, I was really beat up from yesterday; three hard efforts in 24 hours is apparently a dumb idea. Anyhow, the run goes up and down a mountain. I kept up with Stephen and Ryan for about half of the ascent, then backed off because my legs were screaming. The return trip downhill was a slog, with a few stops to stretch.
I think tomorrow will have to be a day off. We'll see.
