Notes

I'm starting to do some good ITB stretching excercises, followed by about five minutes of warm-up walking. Last night, when I ran, I felt much better, ITB-wise. I didn't really feel any pain until about mile 3. I forgot to wear my brace, and I didn't ice afterwards. But for my last half mile, I ran a 6:20 pace. Nice.

So this morning (the next day after this workout), I've noticed a slight something in my left knee. I probably shouldn't have run so fast towards the end of my run last night. Tonight, I'll run a little slower.
