Not a good run. After I was done with it, I decided that I'd better reconsider the SLC marathon, since it's coming up so fast. I don't want to get injured further.

I found some really cool websites on ITB Syndrome, so I'll be studying those for a while.

Before my run last night, I stretched a good deal more than I normally do. During the run, I noticed that I started to feel symptoms of my left ITB at mile 1.5.

I used considerably shorter strides, tring to keep under a 30% flex, so that I wouldn't aggravate the problems any further. It worked for a while.

I'm going to keep my milate between 3-4, until things stabalize. Then I'll increase my milage.
