This was my first run for training for the St. George Marathon, which I signed up for yesterday. I ran most of the way, but walked a little when my knee felt weak. I'm trying to protect it, so that I don't over train and ITB it again. Within 36 seconds of my run, my left knee (the problematic one) had a sharp pain for a split second. It turned out to be nothing, but I thought for a second that I might have a problem.
