I ran as soon as I got home. It was rather easy through pretty much the entire thing. After I was done, I noticed that my left knee was a little sore...probably the ITB. But nothing while I was running. Tonight, I've been doing leg lifts between commercials. I'm trying to strengthen my gluts, thereby lessening the ITB thing.
April 6th-
I did 100 leg lifts on each leg last night, during commercials.
