Notes
After waking up with and nursing a hang over I got out and moving. I really hadn't eaten much all day because my stomach was in shambles. I took some Power Bar gummies with me, which was a good idea and between the gummies and the run it definitely helped my hang over recovery. I felt sluggish but was still moving at a chipper pace. Went through the first mile in 7:34.
GPS also was wacked up so I had go based on what I knew about the trails already, which was kind of annoying because I wanted to try out some new patterns...oh well.
