Wanted to do 2@MP, 2@HMP, 2@10kP, 1@5kP but I couldn't hold the pace on the last set. I was happy that these were at exact pacing considering I was on soft surface. Even if I couldn't get down to 10k on the last lap I was happy that it was on par with the lap before it. I decided that was a sign to skip the mile and go home. Overall happy with the effort of this workout.
