Notes

EXCELLENT progressive long run. I think several things contributed to the success of the this run:

- good recovery yesterday. Stop trying to push the pace and go with how your body feels. It's more important to be fast on fast days than fast on recovery days.

-good dinner. Last night I ate well, breaded tilapia & roast asparagus & tomato...no milk, but lots of water.

-good sleep. I went to be bed early and got a good night's rest.

-getting up on time. I got up with enough time to eat a good breakfast to fuel this run, even if I did fart around a bit.

-good breakfast...see previous comment.

-trusted my body. I told myself this run didn't have to be fast but it did have to end faster than it started. As you can see it didn't start out as glamorous as I would have liked but I grabbed on to the little speed I was able to catch and let my body do the rest.
