I started out at 72 and finished in 93 (Came through with one lap to go at 3:30ish). I feel like I am capable of breaking 4:57. I've compared my training from when I ran 4:57.6 indoors to my training now. I was at practice very regularly then and I also had a much wider base then, scraping up on 60 miles and averaging about 55 miles a week. I feel like it's time to go back to that average of 55 miles a week (just until Club Nationals) and being a practice regularly. I don't feel as fit (or as fast) as I did when I was training that level of mileage, and I feel like that is effecting my racing. I'm shooting for a 36:45 in the Mini in a few weeks. It's aggressive but it's well within my abilities, especially if I can go back to the higher mileage weeks.

Overall I am disappointed with these results but I think that getting back to my previous groove can change that around. This was just the wake up call.
