Notes
Jogged over from the Bishop Ford HS (my new cool parking place for Prospect Park) with the team. Since I was running anchor leg I didn't start warming up until 15 min into the total race so I could give myself enough time.
I really wanted to the be the lead off but Jordan needed to leave and I let Molly choose which leg she wanted to run, which was probably a wise choice in the end as I was the stronger of the 2 runners. I sampled 2 miles during this run one clocked in at 6:41 going uphill and another at 6:15 on a downhill. Needless to say this frustrated me, but somehow I still managed to hit the number I was looking for, 6:25
This was definitely a good workout for NYC Half based on it's new layout.
