I really wanted to focus on this being a recovery run rather than more of a workout. Although the pace was slower than I liked I felt that the effort was good and I think it was a good recovery. I felt my plantar in my left foot for about the first 1.5 miles and after that no more. I really tried to focus on how loose my calf was. I may try to run tomorrow to see how things go without the sleeves. Glad I'm on my way to being healthy. :)
