Felt super sore still though after the workout I felt substantially less sore. Jogged down with John Z which was good because he kept the pace nice and slow which I think helped alleviate my soreness. I then came home and took an ice bath...good call. Let's integrate the ice bath into my workout routine, kind of like core body.
