First hard effort since the race went extremely well. 2 mile warm up comfortable and consistent. Ran first half mile of interval 1 conservatively --around 4:18-- then steadily picked up pace & effort in the last half mile (around 4:07). Ran first half mile of interval 2 extremely fast so eased effort slightly for balance of the interval. 3rd interval was a little tougher but was able to maintain consistent quarters between 4:06 and 4:07 for the entire mile. Nice steady cool down after the intervals.
