the third mile is hard even after an extended recovery with bathroom break.
8.1 mph on treadmill with 0 incline, equivalent to 7:43 pace, which is my goal to run a 24m 5K.
I hope I can do 3 - 3.5 repeats next week.
but now, need to take the rest of the week easy.
