3 Mile w/u, drills and into 10 miles @ mp. stayed ahead on most of them ending up finishing the 10 miles in 59:20ish. Cooled down with 3 miles. Ran with Dham. Body didn't feel perfect but still muster through it. Aerobically I was all set. No crash.
