Felt good after taking a day off. Warmed up with 4 miles and automatically thought it would be a nice even tempo. Got going and realized how out of rhythm I felt. 6:07, 07, 05, 02. Just weird feeling all together. First faster run other than scorcher I've done in 3 months.
