Marc kept me at a good pace around lake pleasant. How luck am I to be running around views like this. I haven't run this hard in quit some time, like 4 week probably, maybe longer, and I really felt out of sink. I had a good week of running and over all exercise, hopefully, in a couple of weeks I will feel back in a grove.
