Windchill was 26 degrees. Needed my compression shorts and compression sleeves under my tights. Started out too fast on cold calves after my warmup and hurt the peroneal muscles / tendons. Had to hobble back to the car, but the temp wasn't an issue other than cold muscle injury.

Needed: compression shorts / shin compression sleeves. Need to figure out how to warm up my legs before cold exposure. Seems silly to go to the gym for the treadmill and then drive to go run outside.
It REALLY should have SNOWED, looking like that, but we got ripped off... again.
