This run felt "right". I pushed myself thru shin pain and arch pain a little, and kept pushing myself to run again while I was feeling beaten by my breath. Walked the uphills and started trying to push off with my midfoot rather than just slapping the ground and picking up, which fatigued me. Didn't want to run the boring track so I went to the park. 1st day of period -- didn't notice as I ran. :). Temperature was PERFECT for me.
