Attempt at Week 9, Day 1 of C210K training program. Prior two weeks taken for bed rest. Bacterial respiratory infection and lingering bronchitis. Still very tired. Ran out of energy in the first 20 minute run segment. Second 20 minute run segment was broken attempts at jog/walk. Sweated crazily.
