TIP 4 miler. 6:08;6:33;6:40;6:27 splits per Garmin. msd 4.03.

Good effort. Ran with John for 1st 2 miles, then he went ahead. Caroline B caught me and ran with her for last mile, it helped me keep the pace bc my legs were feeling heavy. Last mile was tough.
