3 mile loop Sugar Hill: 27,24,41. knee support both knees, long pants, 3:30 br brk get rid of gloves

5 mile Arrowood loop 1: 43,48,9:00,33,10:17 Felt like crap, hammy wicked tight. 7:36 br brk, get rid of knee supports, change to shorts, drop a shirt.

5 mile Arrowood loop 2: 53,38,10:43 (wlk at eat GU),35,9:38 (walk up hill, thinking about quiting now) 5:36 br brk.

5 mile Arrowood loop 3: 30,30,11:09(wlk eat GU), 10:37 (wlk/run),10:18 (wlk run).

Felt like crap, legs are sore.
