What a nice day, shorts and T weather. Long crooked brook loop with a couple laps around the soccer fields to get in an hour. After warmup mile in 8:20 (w traffic light stop), was running ~7:30's up to 5 miles. Legs and hips felt a little stiff so stopped and stretched for a couple minutes. Then just went easy around the field and back to the gym. Felt really fatigued at around 45 minutes, maybe i need to eat more in the morning.
154.4 this morning. Everybody is telling me how thin i look and i still have 10 lbs to go.
