4.5 mile butternut to sugar hill loop. stop at house for bathroom break. up tyler into Pelham out and back. Legs never felt that good, but keep 8ish pace for 13 miles. walked up steep hill on Tyler at 14.5, legs started locking up. kind of shuffled to 17, then walked a couple times on the way in. Gu's at 8 mile and 13 mile, gades and water stashed on route.

Hip flexors, hamstrings, calves, left knee - everything is hurting a bit. This training program is tough. I'd like to actually finish a LR without leg lock.
