Wow, a great run, it was easy. Can't believe how I recovered so quickly from yesterdays 15 miler. Golds to river walk loop. First mile was 8:20 with stopping at light, next 4 averaged under 7:30's just running with a quick light cadence, felt good, breathing was easy. I think it's all attributed to being 3 lbs lighter. Did some stretching afterwards.
