Notes
Good run with the group; beautiful and sunny, if cold and windy. Lots of groups of us running around, although I didn't see a bunch of people I knew were there. All about timing, as it were. Bit higher of a heart rate than I would have liked, but that's part of the group running thing.
Not that long ago (well, maybe two years ago) it would have killed me to try to maintain that pace on that course. And I had an interesting thought on the way home: visualization of what Bayshore will be like. I wonder how I'll feel at the mile markers. What it would feel like a mile 20. What it would feel like at the end if I hit my QT.
I'm not sure of my best path, mentally. But I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. :)
