Nice, enjoyable, easy run though the Duke forest and then through the CC course, twice, minus the fitness loop.

I put a scoop and a half of Gatorade into my 20 oz bottle with cold water. I think I should back it off to a one scoop, and fill the bottle with ice. It'll be stronger to begin with, but temperature wise it'll be more palatable towards the end of the run.

I'm getting better about heat, I think. Though this was a pretty excellent day to run, it was still between 80 and 85 degrees. The wind and the shade made it a lot easier, even with the hills.

I took two endurolyte tabs halfway through the run, and I really think they helped.

I also blended OJ with frozen mango and whey protein as my recovery drink, and it worked pretty well, too.
