85* dew point 73* mostly exposed, first mile ok, then left hammy started to feel strained, and both quads felt tired. might be diet, not enough carbs. Course short, but maybe more like 3.05, signal screwy in woods, know i wasn't running 6:25. felt decent afterwards.
