Notes

A good run. Very few pains: some right shin splint type pain in the first mile, a little minor left ITB near end, and very minor right knee pain. Nothing I'm worried about. Was able to push the pace at the end so still had some fuel left. Mt Philo was hard, but not a killer. This is a much harder route than what I ran in 2008.
