Generally a comfortable pace, except for the last uphill 2 miles where I picked up the pace but still stayed aerobic. Achilles never hurt, but did feel tight at times. Proper foot placement, landing on outer midfoot followed by forward and inward roll, definitely helped. Kept turnover light and quick.
