Notes

Added trail run up Mt. Philo and down N side, and took left in Ferrisberg to add mile and bypass bridge. Felt pretty good the whole way. The right knee hurt slightly, mostly on the down hills, of which there are many. Both knees hurt coming down Mt. Philo. Stretching helped. I did suffer a stomach cramp at about mile 16. It was pretty bad and forced me to stop, but I was able to stretch it out. I calculate this would have been an 8:00 run, if not for Mt. Philo. The mile to the top took me over 15 minutes.
