oh God, the gym was fucking hot tonight! It's usually a bit chilly in there, but the temperature in the track must have been up around 80 degrees. i was loving it at first, then started to hate it after a couple miles. But with how it's 15 degrees out right now, I told myself to soak up all the warmth while I could.

Overall today felt good! Knees felt fine, flexors felt fine. Little twinges on the fronts of my calves, but nothing serious. lungs felt good. Didn't feel strenuous at all. Here's hoping this keeps up for the rest of the week, and the next couple weeks...

also: well, shit. Looking back at my splits I'm thinking i skipped a lap? i don't think i just suddenly and spontaneously ran a 7:00/mile pace after consistently running 9:30 paces.

oh well. I added another lap to more accurately reflect what my 4mile time would have been (37ish).
