Not the workout I'd planned, but the workout I needed!
Had a really stressful day today, so I had to run to get off steam. Felt good to get my legs moving that fast! I'd hoped to do a full 5K at tempo, but after 2.5 I had to call it. lungs hurt too much. still felt good though.
fucking sucks trying to run tempo around a 1/8mi track though. lots of turns. can't wait until i can start running outside again.
i think i'll do a 4.5mi easy run tomorrow.
