Wanted to run longer, but both the inside of my heels were really hurting me. I think it's from a pair of sandals I have been wearing around.

Tried some barefoot strides in the park, but that still didn't make my feet feel any better. Got through 4 before I decided I wasn't running stride pace and wasn't getting any benefits. Will tack on strides later in the week.
