Easy run at SPAC while Carrie and Patrick played pick-up Frisbee. I did a few mini hill repeats at ferndale and up the pool hill, just because it seemed like a worth it while I was in the area. Tripped running down the pool hill and scraped my knees and hands up a little, but nothing too bad.
